Biography

Richard A. Maniskas is the founding partner of the firm, received his law degree from Widener University School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. While in law school, Mr. Maniskas served as internal editor of the Widener Journal of Public Law. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Maniskas works in the firm’s case development department.
